How I did it: I followed the 6 week program, wrote the sets in a little notebook and gave my self the whole week to get it done, for exsample if you were to start now put 9/24/09 to 10/4/09 so that way you won't feel bad if you don't do them for 3 days straight in a row. Read how I did it…
