ok, so last thurs i was11stone 8 and im now 11stone 1. I feel fantastic. Iv started my days with 5 or 6 cups of coffee followed by about 2litres of water. I have a problem with not getting enough fibre so i have been having handfuls of fruit and fibre each day, so 10pounds in 7days is awesome. Keep going everyone. So now im about 157 lbs and gw is 150.

ok, so i had a handfull of fruit n fibre today as im not eating enough fibre. i have had about 6x cups of coffee and 4 pint water. yest i was in hospital and had just 5 of my boyfriends crisps. monday i had cup o soup [120cal] and ham roll [200] other than that this past week i have lost 7lbs. if i dont lose anymore by tomorrrow morn im not going to eat at all for another 3 days.

I cant believe it. im so pissed off… I ate salad for lunch (no breakfast) which was 150 cal… Then ruined it tonite ate a WHOLE spaghetti bolognaise… Im really pissed off cos the pasta was about 400, and the meat stuff was about 300/400 too… I feel like throwin it up – but my parents are aware of what Im doin.

Tomorrow they are goin away so i have free house – im not eatin anything tomorrow AT ALL.

Gym after work, detox herbal tea’s (with fennel) AND an early night (Try but i always get to sleep like… 3am + !!!)
