What helps...

What helps me is that I have friends of every race. My best friend is married to a wonderful man, he is Guyanese. Many of our visits include many of his friends and family, so my children are exposed and play with adults and children of different races. My children are also of Hispanic and Scottish decent, yeah talk about a mix! I keep my truths and beliefs and instill them into my boys, I explain we all feel and bleed the same, nobody is to be left behind, ever.

It was an easy process. I bought a home that was built in the 1930’s, so it still has all the old doors and built in’s. All the doors have original hardware, glass door knobs.Curved Doorways and hardwood floors.I also have a full concrete driveway and a brand new two car garage.It is a three bedroom, two bath home. Every appliance was included, washer/dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, even the microwave. The owners really needed to sell. The housing inspector said I should of paid twenty grand more for this home. Lucky Me! Northwest Ohio is a decently priced area to buy. I didn’t pay over $150 for it. Pic included in my kitchen…
