31. successfully eliminating a negative habit about myself: I’m always so proud of myself

How I did it: I focused on health, not how much I needed to lose. I had such low energy and such extreme moodiness I wanted to improve it and it became more important than losing weight. I began by exercising without any goals, just to exercise. I immediately noticed that I had more energy. I lost no weight. Exercising became a goal and I formed a habit over the next 3 or 4 months. How I did it: I began by visiting car lots and I spent a lot of time online. I started seeing what kind of cars were available in my price range. I brainstormed ideas but when it came down to it I knew what I wanted. I knew I wanted a two door car and my objective became to find a car that had a good reputation with as low of mileage as possible with the funds I had available.
