I started my meds again. They are helping a lot. I get out of bed and do things.

week 1

After keeping a food journal, calories counting, and going for 3 walks a day for the week, I have lost 6 pounds. It was a real eye opener to realize how many calories a day it took to gain and maintain my weight. It was shocking! I will be starting the petite advantage diet, add yoga, fiber pills, and extra sleep. I’m really happy with my progress.
