How I did it: My husband and I tried to get pregnant in July but gave up and got pregnant in October. I struggled to eat during the first trimester. Had an amazing 2nd trimester, so much energy, so much creativity, and so driven! Fell and got a DVT... had to continue my pregnancy as high risk. Went into labor and gave birth without drugs. Named him and love him and brought him home! Read how I did it…
After keeping a food journal, calories counting, and going for 3 walks a day for the week, I have lost 6 pounds. It was a real eye opener to realize how many calories a day it took to gain and maintain my weight. It was shocking! I will be starting the petite advantage diet, add yoga, fiber pills, and extra sleep. I’m really happy with my progress.
