My second day is almost done and dusted and I feel better than I did yesterday, except with a cough.
I’m not looking forward to tomorrow, but I am looking forward to the day after that, when my (physical) cravings should be gone completely.
Hurrah!

I mean, really, what an achievement! Even if it’s a pile of crap, it is completely your own.
I don’t have the resources to do this any time soon, but it is definitely something I am very excited about!
I’ve been smoking for about 5 years now. I’m 20 years old next week and I think I should start off my 20’s on a good note. I’ve quit smoking twice before, the last time for 8 months but I took it up again (I hang my head in shame).
Last night I decided ‘Screw it, this is my last one’ and I’ve gone my first 24 hours without a cigarette in 2 years. I must say, it’s not very pleasant but at least feeling the pain lets me know that not smoking is making a difference (even though it’s not very great right now).
