The benefits of drinking water are endless! I encourage all of you to keep it up! For those of you who want to take it to the next level doctors recomend drinking half your body weight in oz in the course of the day. Ive found this to be very beneficial, Ive lost weight, felt more energized and alert, able to focus more, and dehydration headaches are gone gone gone! Water is my new best friend, there are so many health problems caused by dehydration that all I can say is keep your body healthy and keep drinking water! This is one thing you will not regret! I have a list of about 43 benefits of water that I might post later if anyone is interested. Cheers!
