Here is a little write-up, how to do a no-handed trackstand
Hope that helps!
Fear was the big motivator here (losing the name), as well as a sense of “I need to prove to myself I can do this”. With that, in 1998 I registered http://realprogrammers.com for my company and then http://paulm.com for myself.
It’s actually really straightforward: find a friend who’s down it and have them walk you through it. You might as well get a website and email under that domain while you’re at it. I do this with my friends and it takes about five minutes and a small amount of money.
Go for it! Piece o’ cake!
