How I did it: pilates exercises (home dvd workout, floor routines only) core stability class at local gym once a week A back flare-up drove me to seek the treatment of a sports physiotherapist. She evaluated my range of motion, listened to my history and gave me three stages of exercises to do: pain management for the bad days, strengthening for prevention and core work for all around good back health. Paid off a major credit card yesterday! YAHOO!
Now that payment gets added into the debt with the next highest interest rate and we can watch it go BUH-BYE before the end of summer. NICE!
