I have begun the list of one hundred things that make me happy. So far, I have only written less than ten things that make me happy. I have many to go. I enjoy writing lists of daily tasks and errands. If I write one hundred things that make me happy. When I am having a bad day I could refer to the list and do one of things on the list to cheer me up.

A few summers ago, I spent a week or so with my Buddhist Aunt. Every morning and several times through out the day she would chant prayers and meditate a long the lake shore. I would participate in a few of her sessions, and I really enjoyed the vibe. After she left the next couple days that I spent with my extended family I would chant with my cousin. When I went home I would stare out my window and chant and meditate. After I religious chanted daily, I became very calm and centered. I have not chanted in a very long time. I have decided that I want to set a side a half’n’hour every morning to meditate and find my center to make it through the day. I am very stressed out and on edge all the time. One of these days I am going to meditate one morning and realize how beneficial meditating is.
My life is extremely complicated. I am constantly stressed out because of my family, boyfriend, financial situation, school, and practically everything else. Everyone is so demanding and I am getting pulled every which way. I aspire to simplify my life a bit so that it will become easier to be productive. If I become productive, get a job, achieve good grades, and work on making all of my relationships healthy by communication and effort. Life will become much simpler and make life more enjoyable. This is one of my top goals that are very important to me. This goal make time but it will be ultimately worth it in the end. :)
