How I did it
How I did it: I did this during a canyoning trip in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. After sliding down some rivers, I was the first person in our group to fall down a huge waterfall around the middle of the course. The scariest part was not being able to see all the way down the ledge, so I had no idea just how far I was going to fall, and it ended up being quite the drop!
