I forgot to mention...

I am going through this horrifying ordeal where I don’t have my physical until MAY 30 and I’m due to leave WHEN?!

but my eye exam is done! :D

Still I’m scared silly right now. Like phuuuuck. Might as well gather up my scoliosis records now, right? Just take them with! :P I’m just so worried for the oral exam! Stupid fake tooth!

The other day

I did 200 situps and today I did this pathetic running scheme where I run 7.5 mph for 2&1/2 minutes, then run 9 mph for 2 minutes… rest, and repeat. Except I didn’t quite make it the entire 9 mph stretch the second time around. Plus it’s only a nine-minute exercise :P At least it’s more entertaining than running 7.5 miles for 18 minutes or something! But still X) I don’t know if it’s effective. But it’s definitely some push-it-to-the-limit cardio… just nine minute push-it-to-the-limit cardio.

Tonight I will do 200 more situps if my back isn’t killing me. 100 for sure. I had to bail water out of my basement yesterday, hence the sore back.
