managed to eat one packet of quaker oatmeal peaches & cream at 730 this morning. brought a fiberone bar with me to the office and ate that already, too. now i wish i had prepared a lunch… lol.

How I did it: I had been taking Prilosec once a day to prevent all my symptoms. Well, I ran out of Prilosec and couldn't get to the store to buy more for a few days, so I figured I'd suffer thru it. How I did it: Starting with just one ball, I tossed it back and forth between my two hands trying to keep the ball at an eye level at the highest and keeping my elbows at my waist. Once I was comfortable doing that, I added a 2nd ball, and just held it in one hand while I tossed the other ball to get used to the feeling of having an extra ball in one hand. ...Whether I eat breakfast at home or at the office or even in the car on the way to the office, I MUST EAT SOMETHING! I want to work my way up to eating an omlette. I would even enjoy putting mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, ham, cheese, whatever, in it! I could do that, eat that at home, and on the drive, I could eat a frozen smoothie in the molds mom gave me! (:D) I enjoy making smoothies and want to learn how to make more.
With the early hour at which it becomes dark now, my gosh, it’s dark by 6ish, I get sleepy earlier. I must combat this by being active! Yoga, Pilates, Elliptical, cleaning, something!
Another thing I need to start doing more frequently is washing my face earlier. It’s true that if I wait till just before I want to go to bed, I’m less likely to do it – I’ll just go straight to bed. So I need to wash my face after dinner.
Speaking of dinner… I need a food routine…
