After the holidays, after everyone’s eaten all their leftovers… Sometime in January get me, and no more than 5 other people together. 2 or 3 people can cook, and the others can clean up and just take turns that way. This will help everyone to learn about cooking, and expand everyone’s menus! :D

How I did it: I had been taking Prilosec once a day to prevent all my symptoms. Well, I ran out of Prilosec and couldn't get to the store to buy more for a few days, so I figured I'd suffer thru it. How I did it: Starting with just one ball, I tossed it back and forth between my two hands trying to keep the ball at an eye level at the highest and keeping my elbows at my waist. Once I was comfortable doing that, I added a 2nd ball, and just held it in one hand while I tossed the other ball to get used to the feeling of having an extra ball in one hand. Well shit, first things first, huh? Gotta get back in the habit of actually DOING the beginning mat workout, ha!
After this weekend, when I get back into town – I’m going to get back in the habit!
So, I fell out of the habit when a certain someone started taking up my mornings… but, I’m trying to get back in the habit.
I had a dream that I was able to lay my head down on my knees and in my dream, that felt so cool – i have to work harder to get there!
I was up this morning and stretching by 6:45 and it felt great. Must keep it up!
