Happy days

Since starting this way back when I have lost nearly 45 kg from just short of 120kg to 85.5kg today. Now a 34 inch waist as opposed to a 40inch. Fitter, happier, sexier!

Another Month and Another 4 kg

So gym 3 x a week and a healthy diet and I now weigh 91Kg, I will achieve my goal.
this has not been cheap nopr an easy experience. Gym membership, and changing to a healthy diet does require commitment both financially and mentally. To all of you I say DO THIS it WILL change your life!

so now im fitter and happier

so it seems like an age since i set thisgoal but I have now begun to really get fit . Gym 3x a week and a personal trainer. It goes well
