How I did it: Tried a number of episodes. Went to some writers groups and some book readers groups to get motivated. Reading groups got me outside of my rut. Something simple – Changing the focus from the scale to the kitchen. Idea is to fuel during the day (got this from Bicycle mag) then eat light at night.
