I couldnt think about anything except for how hungry i was and what i could do to diet and excercise even more. I was obsessed and eventually gained most of the weight back. If you want to loose weight, dont be so extreme because it’s unhealthy for your body and mind. Loose weight on a healthy diet, and if you honestly adhere to a healthy diet and loose 10 pounds within the first week, congradulations.

i took a class and it was funn. id like to take a more challeging class though. So in the future, ill do thatt. Right now i got other things on my list

i now basically only drink water now, and i drink at least 4 LARGE glasses a day (so 8 cups). Its good, cause i’ve had a habit of forgetting to drink anything at all for a day at a time. Ive definitely notice that i don’t black out for a few seconds every time i stand up anymore. so thats good. Its worth it.
