I’m just all over the place, aren’t I? I chose to set my alarm for 6AM, it went off at 6AM.. I turned it off and woke up at 11AM. It’s definitely an improvement compared to when I first began this goal, hopefully I’ll be a 6AM wake-up master soon!
Edit: I think I just realised why I failed to stay awake this morning (Apart from the fact I felt dreadfully tired) – I didn’t turn on my computer when I woke up, only my light.
I’d better remember to turn the computer on first thing tomorrow!
