How I did it: I lost the armature that my friend had built to start this project, so I had to start from zero. And I waited till the last minute before a big LARP event I wanted them for. I resigned myself to probably not being able to finish, but started them anyway. built the armatures, filled with "stuff", covered with paper mache, painted... Wow! I was done and they looked awesome! AND in time for the thing too! Fuckin' A! Read how I did it…

How I did it: My girlfriend got a gym membership and we started doing this. Really tried and made it regularly every other night after work. Did it for a few months, along with housemates and friends. They showed some progress after all that time, but I still looked exactly the same. Further, all my weeknights were shot, and my chores went undone, causing stress at home. I like going to the gym, but this is not paying off for the things I have to give up. Read how I did it…

How I did it: As usual I put this off forever, but soon I was going to have to have it, so I was down to the wire again. Then my boss asked if I has a passport to go to Korea. No? Company will pay and expedite! AWESOME! Good thing too, because the damn thing cost almost $150. Double that to expedite it. Crap! Read how I did it…

Since my last entry I got another phat raise, and the idea of putting me on the road has wained with mounting problems caused by me not being in the office. HA! So I think I’m rooted right here making the kind of bank that makes it really hard to find something better. Maybe I should go back to school instead?
I’m supposed to have this thing back from the printer by mid next month! I don’t feel ready in the least. We haven’t even made a cover for it.
