give up junk food

Ok, so i’ve decided for so long now that I need to give This up but I have no idea where to start. Work stocks biscuits in the kitchen and everytime I am in there, I eat them. Why? I’m not hungry, I’m not craving them, but they’re there. Simple as that. So this is what I plan to do. Go cold turkey on the biscuits and allow myself a mini bar of chocolate or something if I’m really craving. I find that if I have to go out a buy something, then I realise I can do without. And I can do without. I feel like crap everytime I eat them, but it doesn’t stop me from going back for more! I need to join overeaters anonymous, but they’ll probably laugh at me coz I’m skinny!

Doesn’t look like I’ll be getting this done this year, with the engagement and all things going on with the new job, I just haven’t had time! Look like mid 2008 is my next goal!

Well, he proposed! Naturally, I accepted! I am ever so lucky to find a man who went to some much effort and trouble to make the proposal (on my birthday) the most amazing day of my life!

And the ring is gorgeous! So much to prepare now!

I’m estatic, so so so incredibly happy and excited!
