Ok, I did this maybe a few months ago- I did it on an ethical basis, finding protein is a bit of a bummer at first but I’ve been learning more about nutrition so I’m finding more sources, Tofu is quite nice if you cook it right and Ive taken up weight training so I’ve done a bit of reading about amino acids in time I should be able to balance out nutrition- its been easy so far partly because I was trying to cut down on consumption and abstain a bit beforehand anyhow I’m not saying you have to abstain being vegan, but thats what I want to be.
