so starting tomorrow i am going to start to get back it shape
at least 30mins of cardio everyday (not counting swim practice when i have it) plus at least 30 mins of yoga every day. then once i get into a bit better shape i will start doing more and try to start running again.

i was doing so well getting back into this…
and then i ate pinapple… and… wait for it… key lime pie!
ew, i know.
i tried to purge it all after but its been so long since the last time i purged that i couldnt do it.
UGH
tomorrow efs fasting, and obvs not eating for the rest of the day!!

so its 9:18 in the morning here and its sunny, i can already tell its going to be a marvoulous day
i almost ate some pinapple for breaky but just as i was getting out of the fridge i remembered… NO FOOD TODAY
yay!
we can do this girls! stay strong! theres already 111 girls that have found thier way here and its only about the second day
i love you guys! we can keep eachother strong and we can do this. <3
