How I did it: I started the countdown, turned off everything and lit some candles, then sat with my mom drinking wine and talking about things to save the earth. We also lit a hurricane lamp, which was a great source of light... Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just stick to the diet, rule for rule. The first 3 days are the worst, if you can get through them, it's all easy from there, the last 3 days don't even feel like you're dieting. A good meal on day 5 is tomatoes stuffed with seasoned hamburger, just hollow out the tomatoes and mix in the seeds with the hamburger meat (after it's cooked), season the meat and stuff the tomatoes with it. It doesn't even feel like you're dieting from day 5 on… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I sat down and just started listing off things that bring a smile to my face. I listed things that will brighten my day if I'm down, or give me something to do if I'm bored. I didn't list things that cost allot of money, I tried to list mostly things that I can do/look at whenever, even if I don't have two dimes to rub together that day.
