About two weeks ago, I saw the nutritionist, and she told me the basics on how to reconfigure my diet to help me lose weight. Lots of vegetables, some protein and carbs, but the veggies apparently are the main focus.
What I really need to do is quit drinking so much Pepsi. It’s going to be very difficult. I’ve been fueled by Pepsi since I was like 3.
