How I did it: Stopped drinking soda for one. Had a physical job. Worked out 4 times a week. Just discipline and will power. I stopped snacking and adjusted my portions. It took a while, but I got the job done. I'm only halfway from where I want to be but I feel great. I don't have sleep apnea anymore, and I'm more sociable because I know how good I look now. Damn, these things are small! I got the 2GB iPod Nano – Black. I havent even filled up half of it. I guess thats what I get for not having too many songs. Anyway, its great to put in the car and blast it while you’re driving and just listening to it when you usually wouldnt be hearing music. Love it….recommend it to anyone to get one. Or a video iPod. I hear those are cool.
Went to a couple of events in Houston. Fun. Nothing beats it live. I’ll share a picture of Kurt Angle’s entrance with you.
Awesome event. The race was great, the atmosphere was great. Everyone booing Kurt Busch and Jeff Gordon. IT RULED! I will go back to another race someday. Greg Biffle won and did his burnouts on the frontstretch. Most of the wrecks happened in front of me on the backstretch. SWEET!
