I’ve stopped using cream moisturisers, as I think the silcone in them irritates my skin. I use rose hip oil and bio oil instead, it seems to be working :)

How I did it: I applied to 26 different stores, I heard back from and had interviews with 7 of those, I got the job at the 6th I heard back from (as I was about to walk into the 7th store's interview no less :P) So it was 6th time lucky for me :P Read how I did it…
How I did it: I elected to do a life drawing class at uni, I could draw before -from photographs, which is really different (easier, all the visual problems are solved for you), I now believe that can't really say you can draw until you can draw well from life. My lecturer and class mates are really encouraging, I hated my first class (I was a little intimidated) but I kept at it, I'm half way through the semester and I've already progressed so far wit… Read how I did it…
Instead of exfoliating manually, which seemed by aggravating the problem, but my skin still seemed clogged up, so I still needed exfoliation. So I bought Neostrata ultra smoothing lotion and I’ve been using it for 3 weeks. Haven’t had a major break out, any pimples that do appear disappear pretty quick and the ones that start out deep under the skin as cystic pimple don’t surface any more. The lotion is 10% glycolic acid, so it’s not for every one, especially if you have sensitive skin.
So my skin is not completely clear yet, but it’s getting there, and the exfoliant is also evening out my skin tone too, so double bonus :)
At the start of highschool I was 43 kilos and I was size 8 (New Zealand sizes, probably a 2/4 in US today), I have since gained weight (now 49 kilos) and I’m a size 6 in most stores, 8 in a few, and a 10 in one. So I’m 6 kilos heavier but a size smaller.
New Zealand sizes used to be slightly smaller than Australian sizes (even though both countries are s’posed to follow the same industry standards), now over the past few years more and more Australian store have opening in NZ and the NZ market has since adjusted it’s self to the Australian sizing. And then general vanity sizing has occurred so I’m now a size smaller, even though I’m heavier.
I looked up some vintage patterns on ebay, according to Australian pattern sizes from the 1950s, I would have been size 12 back then. How crazy is that.
Vanity sizing has been going on since the 1940s, the number on the tag simply doesn’t mean anything more.
