So my dad finally agreed to take me out for practice rides, in parking lots very very late. He still thinks I’m still needing a lot of practice. But trust me he s right. BUt it’s really exciting soo yeah

How I did it: I slept in more often on weekends, then I started sleeping for longer hours during the night on week days, then I started taking naps in between activities. Next thing I knew the biggest part of my day was sleeping, now I'm stuck with extreme sleep needs. I went from sleeping five hours a day to about thirteen hours a day. So yeah no I need less sleep... How I did it: practice tests, actually READ the book, and my bf answered my so very blond questions :) I also didnt fall asleep reading the book for the first time which is great, and it so increased my tolerance to boring things :P Read how I did it…
I want to workout everyday this october. MOrning or night. I must not skip a single day no matter what. this october is getting fit month and getting back in touch with my adrenaline love :)
well i havent lost much weight i went down to 154 pounds and gained back 3 pounds. But now that i have more time cause i only have 3 coarses till january. I thought i could hit the gym more. I tried unhealthy ways and all of them, but i realized that once u stop the weight comes back on. So the gym and noral” dietin is key. My goal for this month is to go to the gym at least twice a week. And dietary wise, i must reduce my junk food intake. Seems doable now. Lets hope i dont get oof track.I was hoping to lose one or two pounds this september to reach 155. I just want an easy start so i can put working out back into my routine.
GOAL WEIGHT BY SEPTEMBER 31st, 09: 155 pounds .
