volunteer in Indonesia teaching locals how to make behavioural enrichment items for orangutans

I do behavioural and environmental enrichment for orangutans in an Australian zoo. I want to go to Indonesia and help teach local people how to make enrichment items from cheap materials for the orangutans in zoos there, because they need it even more than ours do.
I have already started this process. I’m communicating with people who can help me achieve my goal. In a couple of months I’m travelling to another city to speak with the people there who are involved.
Over the next couple of years I will need to raise the money, and I can approach my workplace for support and maybe even sponsorship. I will need to learn to speak some Indonesian.
Meanwhile I want to raise direct funds for enrichment in Medan Zoo, Indonesia. The mammal keeper at Medan Zoo is very interested in enrichment and deserves our support for the fantastic enrichment work he does with the animals under his care.
