How I did it: I told my friend Jess that I'm looking to try out a Mexican restaurant in Taiwan. Jess, who moved here 2 years before I did, have tried a couple of places already. How I did it: I've always wanted to do a time capsule with my friends but never really gotten around it. How I did it: First, I cleaned out the pantry and the fridge to have a list of all the junk food and instant noodles I have left at home. Second, I tried my best to give it away or eat them.
