very ambivalent.

How I did it: I left the safe uncomfortable life and went for the dream. It didn't turn/hasn't turned out the way I hoped or thought it would, but it's been a complete adventure. I did a bunch of research on CNET.com 1 hour ago

and took a look at the editor’s list of top 5 cell phones. My top priorities are good sound quality and international calling (4 band).

I’m thinking I may need to invest in an unlocked new phone so hubby could put in a local (overseas) SIM card to make it cheaper for calls. I know there are calling cards that can make it cheaper. Not sure if they work with cell phones – will have to check that out.

Hubby said he didn’t think we would have time for this as he’ll only be here a few days and we have relatives to trek to for Thanksgiving. He suggested maybe at Christmas when he’ll be here for two weeks. Keepin’ it on the list! ;)

So looking forward to seeing hubby again! Some separations are harder than others, and this one was hard. He said he bought me a small Christmas present :) so I should probably reciprocate.

I’m looking forward to decorating the house a bit for Christmas after he gets here.
