Dear 43 Things Users,

10 years after introducing 43 Things to the world, we have decided we have met our last goal: completing the incredible experience that has been 43 Things. Please join us in giving one last cheer to all the folks who have shared their goals with the world, as well as all the people who have worked at The Robot Co-op to build this incredible website. We won a Webby Award, published a book, and brought happiness to a lot of people.

Starting today, 43 Things users can export their goals and entries from the site. Starting August 15, we will make the site “read only”. 43 Things users will still be able to view the site and export their content, but we won’t be taking any new content from users. We hope to leave the site up for folks to see and download their content until the end of the year. Ending on New Year’s Eve takes us full circle.

It has been a long ride (one of our original goals was to "build a company that lasts at least 2 years” - we beat that one!) While we wish the site could live on, it has suffered from a number of challenges - changes in how people use the site, the advertising industry, and how search engines view the site. We wish the outcome was different – but we’ve always been realistic about when our goals are met and when they aren't.

As of today, you will be able to download your goals and entries. See more about that on the FAQ page. Thanks for 10 great years of goal-setting and achieving.

Murad? ZenMed? In need of clear skin

Hey, has anyone ever used those products to help clear up their acne??? Murad? ZenMed??? Especially those with oily and very sensitive skin and have tried either of these products…..I am trying to find a product that works…the ones I am using just aren’t working or are completely drying out my skin? So, if anyone has used them, please let me know how it was….

clear up my skin (read all 3 entries…)

I have no idea what is going on with my skin lately….I break out on the drop of a dime and am still trying to figure out what product(s) and which ones don’t. I am trying to figure out what I can and can’t eat (I made an appointment with an allergist and a dermatologist). I was not a high maintenance person at all. But, now my skin is taking me towards that. I can only use certain lotions, soaps, detergents, multivitamins, food….well you get the point. I just don’t understand how to get control of it. I have been trying to drink as much water as possible. I haven’t been eating much lately in fear of breaking out ( I have finally cleared up my skin-somewhat). I just don’t understand what I am doing wrong…

be free

Freedom to me means:
1. Breaking from the contraints of a limited income
2. My debt
3. Past regrets
4. To go where I want, when I want
5. Being able to schedule my days. Without my career determing what my schedule has to be.
6. Letting go of ALL FEARS
7. Being financially stable
8. Having my own business

I will accomplish this very soon!
