I’ve always been slim but over the last 6 months or so I had lost 2 stone from 10. I like the figure that I have now and want to keep it :)

Replaced the habit with a harmless one

Ever since I was 6 or around that age I had been biting my nails more or less all the time but not in-front of people, it was habit I was most embarrassed about. Only 2 or so months ago did I decide to be as serious as I can be to stop this habit. I did achieve this by getting into the habit of running my teeth underneath my finger nails instead of biting them, it took me a matter of days to do it and now I don’t even feel the slightest urge to bite them anymore. My new habit is a harmless one and does no damage to my finger nails. I’ve always wanted beautiful hands and now I have them =)
