I’m way into old sci-fi and fantasy novels and I’ve noticed that just reading has improved my vocabulary without trying.

Now that I’ve been in the makeup industry for a minute, I’m starting to get my portfolio agent-ready. After attending a wonderful seminar at IMATS about what they’re looking for, I found 3 agencies in San Francisco that I will try to submit to once I feel I’m ready.
I really hope I dont have to move to LA, or New York, but that might be where work takes me.
I started out running little quarter miles and walking in between and now I’m up to 2 1/4 miles without stopping! I’ve done this at various speeds (none of them very fast lol), but I’m improving; I go 3 times a week. My best average pace so far is 12:16 mins per mile.
My dad used to run marathons and has always encouraged me to run but it took 25 years for me to actually get the hang of it. I love it now; it makes me feel like a person. My goal now is to run a 5k and get one of those t-shirts he’s always wearing!
