How I did it: I ate around 1000 calories or less per day, usually from smoothies, fruit, vegetables and museli. It was hard but so totally worth it. My heaviest weight was 144 lbs and now that Im 112lbs my confidence has been given a real boost. I actually went below it, my lowest weight was 103.5lbs but as Im 5'8" it was too thin. How I did it: I have a juicer and a juicing book. I bought a huge amount of fruit and vegetables and decided on two days that I wanted to do it on. The day before I started I ate only light foods like salad and fruit. It started off pretty easy but it did get harder. I failed for driving 10km UNDER the limit. and for driving over a cushion-i think they put it there on purpose! I barely failed and Im a little dissapointed, but not too much. i took some Kalms beforehand and I want nervous at all. Just applied for another test!
