How I did it: Being a rather pessimistic person, this started off difficult but became swiftly easier. I went through the week taking note of all the good bits. If you sit a while and think things through, there are many things that are forthcoming.I admit some of them seem trivial, but since life is made up of little events and passing emotions, each one counts. How I did it: The best thing to do is to take out absolutely everything in a certain place: eg. under the bed, all the contents of a drawer, or one shelf, and tip it out on the floor. Then you can see everything you have and sort it into a discard, recycle, and keep pile. Plus, it means you put what's left back neatly.I just focused on one area everyday, and this is as good as its going to get. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I did a really thorough clean sometime mid-August, and threw away a good amount of stuff. After the initial hard work, all you really have to do is keep things as they are. I just made a point of putting things away after I'd used them, and just wiping down surfaces, and tidying when it was possible to multitask. Something strange and terrible has happened to my psyche and I now find cleaning things exceptionally relaxing. Useful, though. Read how I did it…
Strained my way to a pitiful 12.
I’ve been doing 4 sets of 7 daily. I’ll raise it to 8 in a couple days.
