Well I have started working on refinishing furniture. I have aquired some tools such as a coping saw, back saw, router, circular saw, hammer, staple gun, and some others. If only I had some good wood. I have lots of ideas, just need the wood to do them.

Well I have looked up some stuff on the web and I found out that I can caculate the amount of calories my body needs to maintain it’s wait and lose weight. Here is how it breaks down:

Basal Metabolic Rate:
(your wieght)x12 = Basal Metabolic Rate

Activity
((your wieght)x1/3)x(how many hours your awake) = Activity

Required Calories:
(Basal Metabolic Rate)+(Activity) = Calories needed to maintain your weight.

To lose weight you just subtract about 500 calories from that and then exercise 500 more calories and you will lose about 2 pounds a week.

Yes your heart might get broken in the future, but why not take that risk and have a great time with someone.

The Advice I give you all:

1. Don’t dwell on her apperance.
2. Coment on her eyes when you first see her.
3. When she talks to you give your full attention.
4. Buy her some flowers every once in a while just because.
5. Keep things interesting by being spontaneous.
6. Don’t be afraid to tell her your feelings(and not those made up ones)
7. Take her out on dates every once in a while.
8. Don’t smother her with gifts.
9. Don’t croud her/smother her with your presence.
10. DON’T CHEAT ON HER.
