I have at my disposal a friend who genuinely wants others to run a few RPG games, who has over 20 years experience and a mind as twisted as a corkscrew. (very good hearted person, ironically, but an evil bugger if he has to be)

He’s been helping me to get the background work done for my first proper campaign, and it goes rather well. Setting is chosen (New Orleans) and I’m working on the major antagonist players. Once they and their appropriate characters are generated, I will have all I need to start running games.

I only hope that I won’t disappoint =)

I’ve heard many stories of encounters with an abandoned town, somewhere off the beaten path and out of the way, and I want to run into one some day.
I’d love to grab a few people and have a nice, long shufty around the houses and find out a little bit about the people who lived there, now all long since disappeared.

Someday I’ll find my lost township.

I want to stand in the desert, no signs of other people or civilization on the horizon.

I want that moment of utter disconnection with all things human, not only to see what effect it has on my mind (to know myself utterly alone for once, removed completely from everyone else on planet earth) but to appreciate people all the more for the knowledge that such solitude exists.
