I weighed less than 120 a year ago, but that was the side effect of some medication and the doctors were actually starting to get a little worried.
Since I stopped taking it, I’ve gained back everything I lost and then some. And I hate it. So now I’m taking the “exercise more and eat better/less” route.
I don’t have a specific plan, but with 4 weddings and a beach trip coming up in a few months, it’d be nice to at least be close to 120 by the beginning of April!
