Day 10 of South Beach diet been following it really stringently. Down from 137 to 134. 3 lbs lost.
I suspect to have a flat stomach I should be 130-127. So another 4-7 lbs to lose.
They say the last 10 vanity lbs are the hardest to lose b/c your body clings to hold on to them.

1. Use a weaker relaxer.
2. Use a heat protectant to flat iron.
3. Use a wide tooth comb to detangle wet hair.

Tues/Wed Dec 9,10- On South Beach diet both days. Screwed up by eating a Sugar free pudding on both days. 13 carbs a pop.
Thurs dec 11- On
Fri dec 12- On
Sat dec 13- On. 134.5 lbs.

40 minutes running

2 Hydroxy right b4 breakfast

30 minutes- Elliptical/Stairmaster
Mon Dec 15- 133.5 lbs
2 hydroxy 1 hr b4 breakfast
2 sausage/ scrambled eggs
