There are so many goals on here about “knowing what I want to do with the rest of my life.” Sure, that’s a great goal in some ways, but it also puts an incredible amount of pressure on you to identify at this very moment what will make you happy for the next 20 or 40 or 80 years!
I say, try to identify what you want to do with the next year, or two, or five years of your life. Once you’ve got those rolling, then see what comes up next. Chances are, your idea of what you want to do will be changing all the time!
Once you’ve been doing it for a while (a month or a year), you’ll find it comes naturally. You don’t want to stop – you become more and more in touch with your body and when it wants liquid.
Don’t forget, when you feel thirsty, that means that your body is already dehydrated!
