I feel like I’ve been doing this my whole life, and all it took was a push from a friend and some confidence in myself that I CAN achieve anything I put my mind to! I have started building my business to success. Long hours and arduous work can be a factor, but I’m doing this the way I want to and I can relaxwhen and if I want to. I get out of it as much as I put in. No more slaving for someone else’s business. I’m doing what I want from now on!

How I did it: It took me a while to design my own tattoo, and in the end it was totally an awesome experience. Very much worth doing and altough an expensive exercise, one that will live and die with me for the rest of my time.... Read how I did it…
OK!! This is the day I make the decision to stop smoking. My mindset is strong and will power is supporting my intention to quit.
This is one of the most hardest goals I’ve ever had to achieve. I have so much time left on this earth that I want to do without smoking or gathering a lung full of bad smoke, even tring to gasp a breath of fresh air…
I am combining this goal with losing weight as I will have more energy or get up and go enthusiasm to achieve this goal. I’ll check back in a month to see how I’m going with retaining my goal.
If many could changes their mindsets and habits to better humanity and our environment, I beleive we would make this earth of ours a cleaner place to live.
A breath of fresh air has not passed me by but rather has been taken in and this keeps getting better each day.
When I started this Goal, I weighed in at 125kg, then went up to 130kg through unhealthy eating habits. My fitness regime` didn’t seem to play a part at that stage until the doctor said my cholesterol level was abnormally high.
I took note of this by seeing a fitness trainer to help me with forming a well balanced diet I could abide by, performing regular exercises and stretches, trying some yoga and thinking healthy.
This is a major goal in progress for me which I intend to see through to the very end by not eating so much at one serving and drinking more water than beer.
I have dropped in weight to 120kg at present and intend on getting to around 90-95kg. I even took the before photo to compare it when I reach my goal.
