Both foul habits! I dont actually drink hot coffee but a brand of Iced Coffee that comes in a carton (600ml). I drink about four of these each day. I need to cut it out as it supplements me actually eating. I’m not fat or skinny but nothing is good for you in those amounts. I also smoke 20 a day and have done for quite a long time (ok – 18 years).
I would like to change this ‘thing’ to ‘give up’ but I will cut back first. Hypnotherapy is turning out to be my preferred method of quitting cigarettes. Coffee should be fine except for the headaches and lack of energy.
Why do i do it? I don’t know (as I have done both for a long time) but I am going to try and stop.
