How I did it: I decided to be more sportive and started running. But my knees ached and I wasn't motivated to hurt me 3 times a week. How I did it: I learned it by a book which wasn't the best way to learn knitting, but it was more relaxing than being taught by my aunts ;-)I gave up my projects often, but also did go on with them after a break.
