well I cant do this until I die. , but I have been a donor for 10 years and I think that this is a great way to help someone else that I will never meet. A good deed even when I am gone. I think that if someone else can use something that I no longer need…..why not.?

I always feel soooooooooooo bad… when NO is the answer and I wish I had an easier time saying it. I always have been a people pleaser and learning NO is not an easy thing because I really do not mind helping out but then there are those who just feel like they can continue to walk all over you and take, take, take. I think that this last year was when I finally had to stand up and say NO to someone I care about and that was really difficult. But each day… I am learning that I shouldn’t feel so guilty about saying NO .;)
For at least 10 minutes a day, I take the time to have some quiet place of my own…........ for myself I also like to use soft very low LOW background music that allows my mind to wander off * almost as if I was dreaming. I try to focus on what I see…, going from one image to the next. Listen to my brain as the images flow sometimes its easy sometimes its really hard.
If I am not able to do this through out the day I do it in the bath with the lights out and a candle lit.
this relaxation process helps me figure out feelings and problems through out the day. Where I can go over , what I did or didn’t do or even what I wanted to do.
Its a good thing I have learned so that I can gather my energy and proceed to the next thing.
