Push Push Push

Everyday I’m pushing. Two days ago i push 98…almost made it to 100. Yesterday I push 104 on weight training. Just right now I’m working on posture training with dumbbells forming my shoulders and really tightening arms.

just got done working out leg cabs, arms and cardie…pretty intense feeling the exhausting on my arms from jumping jacks, pushups and lifts. Almost maxed out. Calling it for now. Steadily. At least I try to take a break in between days but sometimes I feel like I just need to lift so sometimes I wont skip a day.

its…getting there, I can see my cuts coming along. I’ve increased the weight and eating healthy. I’m on my way.
