So I purchased an (electronic) e-cigarette. And it is a very good subsitute. Takes a while to get the hang of using it but not bad. Just have to remember to charge them!

How I did it: I mulled over it for 6 days then told my mother I would do it with her and did it the next day!!!! I needed to get out and make my grandma proud!I have been working on loosing weight for a long time and have lost 200 already so this was a big step for me.
