How I did it: booked myself in with our local skydive/microlight center, as it was the winter months they wernt fully booked.as i wasnt doing a tandem skydive i needed training, thus a 2 day corse was needed only cost 200quid so bargain first day was just the basic training, knowing what to do if shoot opens wrong etc etc. after all this, the scariest part was putting your legs out the side of the plane at 3500ft after that it was just a sensation bett… Read how I did it…
this now, but can i keep it up?
atm im getting up at 6 in the morning and going for a nice and easy 9min mile 3 mile run.
and i can say im defo keeping it up.
i tell you what, since ive started running in the mornings and getting to bed “early” i seem more positive, i feel more positive.
i brought some new exhausts for my beauty of a bike, now that looks the dogs and sounds the dogs.
