How I did it: I thought about joining a gym for a long time, but never did until this past month. Once I got to the gym, there was no denying that I wanted to join, so I did!! I got a postcard in the mail from them that week advertising a deal, so that helped a lot!! :D Read how I did it…

How I did it: I took all of the clothes from on top or my dresser, in my dresser and in my laundry to my bed room. I went through each pile I took, before grabbing another pile. I made piles for keep it, modify it, and trash it. Any clothes with sweat stains or tears were not aloud in my keep it pile: I deserve better! :D Read how I did it…
