I want to learn to play the Bongo Drums

I don’t know how to play an instrument and last year at a festival there were so many people sitting around bonfires playing Bongos and guitars. It was so calm and peaceful to just sit and listen.
Yoga is something I’ve always wanted to try. I suffer from Epilepsy and anxiety attacks and also want to get into shape so figured that Yoga would be a good idea.
Ive never tried it before though, does anyone have any tips?
