Hopefully this isn’t another false start like I’ve had before. I’ve chewed on my nails for years…maybe 23 years? Most of my life, anyway.
As a guy, I found that clear nail polish does help. The texture usually reminded me to keep my fingers out of my face. The clear stuff is pretty subtle, but when it was drying, I would touch it, to rough it up a bit. It doesn’t look good, but it wouldn’t have a sheen, either.
