How I did it: I forced myself to go even when I didn't want to. I just scheduled it in and counted it up each week, and made an entry. I just noticed that I now go to the gym like I used to, without thinking much about it. Now, I actually feel odd if I don't go. I've lost a few pounds and feel much better.. Read how I did it…

How I did it: This was more of a problem because I made it into one. About 4-5 months ago my disposal got jammed. I didn't use it then and just sort of bore with the situation. I think this is a great meal that has a ton of protein and fiber. I accidently put in too much mustard which probably made the whole thing a little tangier than expected.
Not a bad one, and if you can find real fennel, this recipe has a quite attractive “rustic” presentation.
spoken, I believe to the correct people regarding the 2 certificates of credible coverage that I need. I technically have health insurance but I have not seen any cards yet, soooo I think they are waiting on the COC’s to issue the cards.
According to both very nice ladies that I spoke with they have put requests in and I should have the documents by the end of next week, if not sooner.
I can not wait until I have my cards in hand and can go see a Physician… I am not dying but…I am getting older!
