whew. 2.02 miles outside, it was only 75 degrees F. I thought I’d be good (Thats about 24 celcius).
humidity is at 77%. by 1.5 miles I started to feel incredibly bad. WIll have to finish the third planned mile on the treadmill in a few minutes. Wow, I am so so tired from that…
83.92 and will hopefully add to this total today. first mile was at a nice speed. Second mile, well. i completed it.

On the treadmill. I really must get up earlier.
oddly the rest Day seems to have helped a bit. Was able to run at a better speed, with decent form and no walking. I stopped though because I felt the strain bothering me.
Now of course on top of that I swam for 30 min, and did some strength stuff…Lunges, step ups, pickpockets, crunches, chest press, bosu ball squats, and maybe some things I don’t recall. I like being at the gym.
total 81.9 I am hoping to finally get the milage going…
